Our annual fundraiser was a wonderful success! The evening included a French meal with an entree choice of braised lamb shank on a bed of creamy polenta, Maine cod with a crabmeat topping, and mushroom ravioli. Attendees bid on wine packages that included wines from around the world. Our live auction of artisan-crafted clocks followed the meal and was both lively and fun.
Thanks so much to Manuel and Mary Ann Mercier of the Youngtown Inn who prepared a super French meal, to Jack of Easterly Wine who made the evening complete with well-chosen wines to accompany the meal, to Dan Bookham, our light-hearted and effective auctioneer, to all of the artists who crafted clocks for the auction, and to everyone who made it an evening to remember!
