Join Penobscot Bay Language School at the Rockland Public Library’s Community Room for a fun family event filled with traditional arts & crafts, and music celebrating “Dia de Los Muertos” (Day of the Dead). Participants will have the opportunity to decorate sugar skulls (to take home!) and learn about the history and cultural relevance in today’s world of this unique and beautiful Mesoamerican holiday!
