The Tastes of Ecuador and Talk

Join us for a full, Ecuadorian meal on Thursday, July 13th at 6 p.m.  English Immersion student and native Ecuadorian, Veronica Sanchez will pair with local “foodie,” Louise MacLellan-Ruf to prepare an authentic meal including shrimp ceviche, quinoa and cheese soup, llapingachos and flan with caramel sauce.

Following the meal, consider staying for an information talk following the meal entitled “Peoples of Ecuador and Their Traditional Knowledge” at 7 p.m.  This talk is open to all at 7 p.m., regardless of attendance at the meal at a suggested donation of $10 per person.
