Penobscot School recognizes that language learning extends beyond the bounds of the language itself. The school therefore offers an extensive array of cultural events throughout the year intended to broaden perspectives by bringing global-minded people together. Check our events page often for updates to our changing list of stimulating activities including ethnic meals, lectures, films, speakers, and demonstrations. Registration for many events may be done online. We look forward to seeing you!

It’s About Time! Annual Fundraiser Dinner and Auction

October 27 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Join us for our 2017 fundraiser, “It’s About Time,” an evening featuring a meal prepared by Chef Manuel Mercier of the Youngtown Inn in Lincolnville served with paired wines from Easterly Wine in Belfast.  Choose your entree (meat, fish or vegetarian) when registering.  Enjoy a silent auction of fine wines from around the globe during dinner, then stay for a live auction of artisan-created clocks.
