Penobscot School recognizes that language learning extends beyond the bounds of the language itself. The school therefore offers an extensive array of cultural events throughout the year intended to broaden perspectives by bringing global-minded people together. Check our events page often for updates to our changing list of stimulating activities including ethnic meals, lectures, films, speakers, and demonstrations. Registration Deadline January 13 Dee Patel, Rockport resident and native of India, will prepare a dinner of all-vegetarian authentic Indian food. In India she began cooking as a teenager under the tutelage of her grandmother.
