Penobscot Language School will host a Latin American dinner prepared by Chef Tom Sigler, formerly of Comida Latin Kitchen, in support of the Rotary Wheelchair project. On the menu are ceviche, roast chicken with plantains and salsa aji verde, and humitas, a tamale with masa, cinnamon and raisins. Since 2015 450+ wheelchairs have been provided to needy individuals in Panama, Belize, Costa Rica and the Dominican Republic.
