Penobscot School offers facility rentals needed for meetings, conferences and social gatherings that could utilize our modern kitchen facility and equipment. We are located in the heart of Rockland, Maine with outdoor space available for tented events.

All clients are required to sign a contractual agreement when using Penobscot Language School facilities. A certificate of liability insurance, a signed contract, 501c3 verification (if non-profit) and full payment are due two weeks prior to the date of your scheduled event.

Insurance
A certificate of general public liability insurance for $1,000,000 and $500,000 in property damage that names Penobscot Language School and as additional insured for the date(s) of the event(s) is required for each organization sponsoring an event at Penobscot Language School. A copy of this certificate must be provided to Penobscot Language School two weeks before the first scheduled date of the event.

Non-profit
If you are considered a non-profit organization, we require a copy of your 501c3 verification letter with your Application.

Security
All groups scheduling Penobscot Language School facilities for an event must ensure that all aspects of the event and everyone in attendance are in compliance with all Penobscot Language School Policies and Regulations.
