French Crêpes!

Intermediate and advanced French classes enjoyed crêpes filled with ratatouille, salad and coffee after class today.  These were left from our French brunch with Laura Cabot Catering held this past weekend as part of our fundraiser based on Les Trois Glorieuses, an annual French wine harvest festival.  Frozen until today, they were just as good as the day of the event.

Hard work demands some refueling!
