Visit Pays Basque, France in 2026!
Penobscot Bay Language School will be returning to southwestern France several times this year with small groups of language students–of all ages and language abilities–March 16-28, May 18-30, and September 28-October 10, 2026. This language and cultural immersion group trip to France centers around the Pays Basque cities of Biarritz, Anglet, Bayonne, and surrounding areas.

All language abilities are welcome! Group size is limited to accommodate a more personalized visit and learning experience. The $2600 trip price includes an experienced tour leader from Penobscot Bay Language School, thirteen nights accommodation, ten group meals, cooking lessons, guided outings in surrounding communities (Anglet, Bayonne, Hossegor, etc.) for shopping, restaurant visits, cafés, numerous cultural sites, and of course… ten days of morning language classes with BAB local, and PBLS French instructor, Sarah Camborde!
Ideal for adults of all ages–traveling with a partner or individually–group travel provides a safe and comfortable way to experience cultural immersion. Group comradery, a strong sense of community, and shared experiences create meaningful relationships and wonderful memories for all.
