Italian Cooking and Conversation is off to a great start once again. Participants made Ricotta Pleno Galline Gloco (Ricotta Filled Game Hens), Polenta Cremosa (creamy polenta) and Torte Margherita. Everyone enjoyed themselves as the kitchen filled with the wonderful aroma of homemade cooking. A great evening for culinary creativity and dining! There is still room in this class for anyone wanting to join!
