Italian Cooking and Conversation: Lesson III

Italian Cooking and Conversation continues under Leslie’s guidance.  Last night’s menu included farfelle with gorgonzola, walnut and herb sauce, warm artichoke and hazelnut salad, and Sicilian ricotta cake with chocolate chips.  Several students were busy at the pasta machine as the farfelle must be fatto mano (made by hand) of course!  The group produced some lovely results; everyone enjoyed a terrific meal with Italian wine.  This group is learning quickly and many are ready to move on to taking Italian language classes.  Bravisimo!table2
