Italian Cooking and Conversation: Lesson VI

The last class of Italian Cooking and Conversation for this session included lamb meatballs, wedding soup, asparagus salad with grana and red wine chocolate cake.  Leslie Fillnow moved this six-week class through several recipes, all thoroughly enjoyable.  Participants enjoyed the company of one another, the excellent menu choices, pieces of the Italian language and the beautiful atmosphere Leslie created.  Our next session begins in September.  Come join us!
