Italian Cooking and Conversation: Napoli and Puglia

This session of Italian Cooking and Conversation focused on the cuisine of both Napoli and Puglia and included pizza margherita served with insalata as well as other regional favorites.  Italian language and culture are infused throughout, particularly when dough is rising and when items are in the oven!  This is the second of our three-week session.
