Join Clovis Anjard of Reunion and Normandy for this culinary journey and be prepared to add several destinations to your next trip to France! Each class includes preparing and enjoying recipes from specific regions of France. Participants will create and enjoy recipes with a Belgian influence from Nord-pas de Calais, recipes with German and Swiss influences from Alsace, and dishes with Mediterranean influences from Provence. Each class will end with a sit-down dinner that will include the appetizer, main dish and dessert created that evening. Kitchen-related and recipe-specific French vocabulary and grammar will be infused throughout.
3 weeks • Tuesdays, 5:45-8:45 p.m. on February 27th, March 6th & March 13th, 2018 • Cost includes 3 hours of instruction per evening (9 hours total) and all ingredients (students should bring an apron) • No previous experience with the French language necessary.
