Alain Ollier has recently relocated from Paris to Midcoast Maine. His interests include physical therapy, organic gardening and hockey. Alain has traveled extensively and is excited to share the language and culture of his homeland.

The focus is to practice French: to create something good by communicating during all the process, in a specific environment, a kitchen (the center of French homes).Recipes, savory or sweet, are chosen for their ease, taste and their French characteristics.
