FRENCH FLUENCY & CULTURE with Nadia Smith (Intermediate)
Tuesday 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM
French Fluency & Culture is a 6 week project and discussion-based class taught primarily in French. Each week students will explore a new topic (i.e. politics, new media, history, dialects, music, food, etc). Students will participate in a unique array of projects and have opportunities to be creative while fine tuning and utilizing their french. The class also includes an intermediate grammar review and introduces new vocabulary and common idioms (sayings and slang). This class is primarily taught in French, however, the course is highly adaptable for all types of speakers as well as students interested in French news, history, and culture.
*The 2021 Spring Session begins on Monday the 19th of April and ends on Saturday June 5th. The following week will be used for any make up classes due to instructor cancelation during the 6 week session.
