Join us for an authentic Moroccan meal prepared by English Immersion student, Soumia Touhami, and school president, Leslie Fillnow Thursday, July 14th at 6 p.m. On the menu for the evening are moroccan stewed white beans and zaalouk, (an eggplant and tomato salad), moroccan chicken and apricot tagine, almond bourses, fakkas (cookies), and macroons. The presentation following the meal will include a look at the various cultural aspects of Morocco.
